超滤/反渗透应用于乙二醇废水回用工程

摘要:

针对煤制乙二醇废水污染物种类多且含盐量高的特点,河南省某煤化工企业采用活性炭过滤器+自清洗过滤器+超滤+反渗透的组合工艺对其深度处理出水作脱盐处理,出水回用于循环冷却水系统补水。运行结果表明:经处理后,出水COD < 3 mg/L,浊度 < 0.5 NTU,电导率约为40 μS/cm,脱盐率为98.0%,水的回收率约60%,出水水质优于GB 50050—2007中再生水水质要求。该工艺运行成本约2.95元/m3

Abstract:

According to the characteristics of many kinds of pollutants and high salt content in coal-to-ethylene glycol wastewater, a coal chemical company in Henan Province adopted a combined process of activated carbon filter+ self-cleaning filter+ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis for desalination of its advanced treatment effluent. The effluent of combined process was reused for the replenishment of circulating cooling system. The operation results showed that after treatment, COD was less than 3 mg/L, turbidity was less than 0.5 NTU, conductivity was about 40 μS/cm, desalination rate was 98.0%, and water recovery rate was about 60%. The effluent water quality was better than the recycled water quality requirements in GB 50050-2007. The operating cost of the process was about 2.95 yuan/m3.
