摘要:
根据某煤制天然气项目高浓碎煤气化废水零排放处理及分盐结晶中试结果,探讨了中试工艺设计和运行中存在的问题,提出了改进方向和优化建议。通过运行和考核数据,论述了中试工艺技术的可靠性、经济的可行性。结果表明,中试性能考核期间,各单元出水指标可满足后续单元运行要求,产品水和结晶盐质量满足相关国标要求,可实现碎煤加压气化高浓废水零排放处理及分盐结晶,全流程污水总运行成本为14.53元/t。

Abstract:
Based on the pilot test results of zero discharge and salt crystallization of high concentration crushed coal gasification wastewater from a SNG project, the problems of the design and operation are discussed, and improvement and optimization for the pilot test are proposed. According to the operation and the performance test, the process of pilot test is reliable and economical. The results showed that during the performance evaluation of the pilot test, the effluent indicators of each unit met the operation requirements of the subsequent units, and the quality of product water and crystalline salt met the requirements of relevant national standards. It can achieve zero discharge treatment of high-concentration wastewater from crushed coal pressurized gasification and salt crystallization. The total operating cost of the whole process sewage is 14.53 yuan/t.
