摘要：

以煤渣为原料，利用多种酸、碱、盐化学试剂改性制备吸附剂，探讨了溶液pH、Pb²⁺初始质量浓度、吸附剂投加量等因素对Pb²⁺吸附效果的影响，采用3种吸附动力学模型和3种等温吸附模型研究Pb²⁺的吸附行为，并评价了吸附剂的浸出毒性。结果表明：硫酸改性后，硫酸改性煤渣（SC）的吸附容量是改性前煤渣的4.55倍，改性煤渣的最佳吸附pH为7.0；对Pb²⁺的吸附过程符合拟二级反应动力学模型，是物理-化学复合吸附过程；等温吸附过程符合Langmuir模型，最大吸附量可达到131.58 mg/g；吸附反应是自发吸热进行的。

Abstract:

A variety of acid, alkali, saline reagents were introduced to modify coal cinder to prepare adsorbent. The effects of pH value, initial Pb²⁺ concentration, and adsorption dosage in batch experiments were investigated to evaluate its adsorbent to Pb²⁺. Three kinds of adsorption kinetics models and three kinds of isothermal adsorption models were applied to research adsorption behavior, and the leaching toxicity of adsorbent was also evaluated. The results showed that the adsorption capacity of cinder increased 4.55 times after modified by sulfuric acid. The optimal pH values of sulfuric acid modified cinder were 7.0. The adsorption kinetics of Pb²⁺ adsorption were best fitted by the Pseudo-second order model, which indicated it met the physical-chemical adsorption process. The isothermal adsorption was best described by Langmuir model. The maximum adsorption capacity could reach 131.58 mg/g. The adsorption is a spontaneous and endothermic reaction.
