高浓度淀粉废水处理研究进展

Research progress of high concentration starch wastewater treatment

摘要:

淀粉废水是淀粉生产加工过程中产生的有机废水。该类废水有机物含量丰富、COD高、水质复杂。据统计,2018年中国淀粉年产量达2 700万t,可产生约7 900万t淀粉废水。淀粉废水如直接排放或处理不当,会造成水资源的浪费,同时导致周围水体和土壤的污染,对人类生活与环境构成威胁。淀粉废水的处理已成为淀粉加工行业亟待解决的难题之一。目前淀粉废水处理相关研究主要为资源化利用与传统处理工艺改进等,对高浓度淀粉废水综合处理的研究较少。对高浓度淀粉废水的研究趋势、废水类型、水质特点、处理方法等进行综述,并归纳总结了物理、化学、生物方法及组合工艺的处理效果和优缺点,以期为高浓度淀粉废水类似研究提供一定参考,减少此类废水对环境的污染。

Abstract:

Starch wastewater is a type of organic wastewater generated from starch production process, which is rich in organic matter, high COD and complex water quality. According to statistics, the annual output of starch in China reached 27 million tons in 2018, which can generate about 79 million tons of starch wastewater. When starch wastewater is directly discharged or improperly treated, it will cause waste of water resources, as well as pollution of surrounding water and soil, posing a threat to human life and environment. The treatment of starch wastewater has become one of the urgent problems in starch processing industry. At present, researches related to starch wastewater mainly focus on resource utilization and traditional process improvement, etc., and there is little research on comprehensive treatment of high concentration starch wastewater. The research trends, wastewater types, water characteristics and treatment methods of high concentration starch wastewater were reviewed. And the treatment effects, advantages and disadvantages of physical, chemical and biological methods and combined processes were summarized. It hopes to provide some reference for similar research on high concentration starch wastewater and reduce the environmental pollution of starch wastewater.
