发光细菌法在煤化工废污水急性毒性评价中的应用

摘要:

采用发光细菌法对某煤化工企业污水处理厂的进出水进行急性毒性测定。研究结果表明,该化工企业污水处理厂进水15 min和30 min的急性毒性测试结果趋于一致,进水毒性较高,高毒性污水经污水处理厂的A/O+BAF工艺处理后,出水的细菌急性毒性有较大程度降低。分析结果表明,发光细菌抑制率与CODnb/COD存在一定关系:即废污水中不可降解化合物需氧量(CODnb)所占废污水总化学需氧量(COD)的比例高时,细菌毒性实验的发光抑制率也高,即毒性越强。

Abstract:

The bioluminescent bacteria test was used to evaluate the toxicity of the incoming and the treated wastewater of chemical enterprise. The results showed that the influent wastewater had high toxicity,and the 15 minutes acute toxicity test were consistent with 30 minutes. High toxicity wastewater was largely reduced by A/O(pre⁃denitrification) biochemical treatment+BAF process of wastewater treatment plant. The results showed that there was a certain relationship between luminescent bacteria inhibition rate and CODnb/COD. It was indicated that the proportion of non⁃biodegradable chemical oxygen demand(CODnb) of the total chemical oxygen demand(COD) was higher,when the luminescent inhibition rate was higher,and the water was more toxic.
