扩散渗析法纯化焦炉烟气脱硫副产稀硫酸的研究

Study on purification of dilute sulfuric acid from coke oven flue gas desulfurization by diffusion dialysis

摘要:

焦炉烟气脱硫副产稀硫酸溶液中因含有大量的铁离子等而影响其回收利用,通常的处置方法为委托处置或加碱中和后达标排放,不仅处置成本高,浪费大量酸碱,还会造成环境污染。常温下采用阴离子交换膜扩散渗析法对焦炉烟气脱硫副产稀硫酸进行回收研究,考察了酸质量分数、酸流量、酸水流量比对酸回收率和Fe2+截留率的影响。动态扩散渗析实验结果表明,在酸质量分数、酸流量、酸水流量比分别为2%、0.54 L/h、1时,硫酸回收率达78%,Fe2+截留率为92%。此外,对扩散渗析过程中产生的残液采用Fenton试剂组合中和法进行处理,最终产水水质可达到钢厂循环水补水要求。该工艺运行成本为37.27元/t,实现了废酸、富铁渣和废水的零排放和再利用。

Abstract:

Dilute sulfuric acid solution,a by-product of coke oven flue gas desulfurization,contains a large amount of iron ions,which affects its recovery and utilization. The traditional treatment method is to entrust disposal or neutralize with alkali to reach the discharge standard,which not only has high disposal cost,wastes a lot of acid and alkali,but also causes environmental pollution. In this paper,the recovery of the by-product of coke oven flue gas desulfurization dilute sulfuric acid was studied by anion exchange membrane diffusion dialysis at room temperature. The effects of acid mass fraction,acid flow rate,acid flow and water flow ratio on the recovery rate of H2SO4 and Fe2+ rejection rate were investigated. The results of dynamic diffusion dialysis showed that when the acid mass fraction,acid flow rate,acid flow and water flow rate ratio were 2%,0.54 L/h and 1,the recovery rate of H2SO4 and Fe2+ rejection rate were 78% and 92%,respectively. Moreover,the residual liquid produced in the process of diffusion dialysis was treated by Fenton reagent combined neutralization method,and the final produced water quality could meet the requirements of circulating water make-up in steel plant. The operation cost of the process was 37.27 yuan/t,furthermore,the zero discharge and reuse of waste acid,iron rich slag and wastewater were realized.
