吹脱超声强化垃圾渗滤液碱性厌氧发酵产酸研究

Study on acids production from landfill leachate enhanced by air stripping combined ultrasound via alkaline fermentation

摘要:

垃圾渗滤液含有丰富的有机物,进行适当处理转化成小分子有机酸后可作为反硝化脱氮工艺的碳源。采用吹脱联合超声的预处理方式脱除垃圾渗滤液中的多余氨氮,并根据氨氮去除效果,将最佳条件下预处理后的渗滤液接种剩余污泥后在碱性环境下厌氧发酵产酸。对厌氧发酵体系中挥发酸产量、相对分子质量、三维荧光及微生物群落进行分析,探究了垃圾渗滤液的发酵产酸效能。结果表明:垃圾渗滤液在初始pH=11、吹脱联合超声预处理1 h后,以初始pH=10的条件联合剩余污泥共发酵时产酸效果最好,体系内挥发酸产量在第5天达到峰值,为(1 183.86±10.26) mg/L(以COD计),且乙酸和丙酸之和占比大于80%,适合用作工业发酵碳源。三维荧光、相对分子质量、微生物群落也佐证了上述处理条件为垃圾渗滤液中大分子有机物向小分子有机酸转化的最佳条件,为垃圾渗滤液的资源化回收提供了理论依据和实验基础。

Abstract:

Landfill leachate contains rich organic matter,which can be used as carbon source in denitrification and nitrogen removal process after proper treatment and conversion into small molecular organic acids. The pretreatment method of air stripping combined with ultrasonic was used to remove redundant ammonia nitrogen from landfill leachate. According to the removal effect of ammonia nitrogen,the landfill leachate under the optimal pretreatment conditions and the excess sludge were co-fermented under alkaline conditions to produce short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs).The fermentation efficiency of landfill leachate was investigated by analyzing SCFAs yield,relative molecular weight,three-dimensional excitation-emission matrix (3D-EEM) and microbial community in anaerobic fermentation system. The results showed that the SCFAs production was the best after 1 h of air stripping and ultrasonic pretreatment of landfill leachate at the initial pH=11 and then co-fermentation with excess sludge at the initial pH=10 for 5 days,the SCFAs yield reached the peak of(1 183.86±10.26) mg/L(COD),and the sum of acetic acid and propionic acid accounted for more than 80%,which was suitable for industrial fermentation carbon source. 3D-EEM,relative molecular weight and microbial community also confirmed that the above treatment conditions were the best conditions for the conversion of macromolecular organic matter to small molecular organic acid in landfill leachate,providing theoretical basis and experimental basis for recycling landfill leachate.
