摘要:

采用“无淡化海水原位直接电解制氢”技术对高盐、高悬浮物、高COD气田采出水进行处理,通过简易预处理+疏水透气膜蒸汽渗透方式,实现了采出水侧向电解液侧的纯水补给,成功连续制得纯度99.999%的氢气。同时,通过配套中低温金属固态储氢装备及氢电单车,验证了气田采出水不纯化电解制氢的可行性,构建了油气田现场采出水“制氢+储氢+用氢”应用场景,并提出了现有技术条件下气田采出水不纯化制氢的预处理标准,即COD≤1 500 mg/L,总TDS≤80 000 mg/L,总硬度≤5 000 mg/L。相对采出水纯化处理后制氢工艺,该不纯化电解制氢技术预期可大幅降低气田采出水的处理成本,为气田采出水资源化利用提供新的途径。

Abstract:

The “in-situ direct electrolysis hydrogen production without desalination seawater” technology was used to treat the produced water with high salt, high suspended solids, and high COD from gas fields. Through the method of simple pretreatment+hydrophobic and permeable membrane vapor permeation, pure water supply from the produced water side to the electrolyte side was achieved, and hydrogen with a purity of 99.999% was continuously successfully produced. Meanwhile, the feasibility of unpurified electrolysis of produced water in gas fields was verified by supporting medium and low temperature metal solid-state hydrogen storage equipment and hydrogen motorcycles, and the application scenario of “hydrogen production+hydrogen storage+hydrogen use” of produced water in oil and gas sites was constructed, and the pretreatment standard for unpurified hydrogen production of produced water in gas fields under the existing technical conditions was proposed, with COD≤1 500 mg/L, total TDS≤80 000 mg/L, and total hardness≤5 000 mg/L. Compared to the hydrogen production process after purification treatment of produced water, the unpurified electrolytic hydrogen production technology was expected to significantly reduce the treatment cost of produced water and provide a new approach for the resource utilization of produced water in gas field.
