摘要:

为了优化A2/O微曝氧化沟工艺的处理效果,提升运行管理能力,利用BioWin仿真软件对广东省东部某市政污水处理厂进行实例研究,通过对模型中重要微生物参数和进水细分参数进行校核完善模型并提高拟合度。模型的稳态模拟结果表明,经过校正后的模型对各项出水水质拟合程度均较好,动态模拟结果表明COD和TN的全年相对误差绝对值均低于5%,而NH4 +-N和TP的绝对误差绝对值低于0.05 mg/L,满足实际应用需求。此外,为达到提质增效的目的,在校核后模型基础上对现有工艺各运行参数进行优化,结果表明,针对不同季节水质情况对生化段曝气量和药剂投加量进行定制化调整可以使全年曝气量平均下降10.2%,除磷剂投加量平均下降32.1%,在满足出水稳定达标的同时提高精细化运营管理水平。

Abstract:

In order to optimize the treatment effect of A2/O micro-aeration oxidation ditch process and improve the operation and management ability of operation team, BioWin simulation software was used to carry out a case study on a municipal wastewater treatment plant in the eastern area of Guangdong province, and the key microbial parameters and influent subdivision parameters in the model were calibrated to validate the model and increase the fitting degree. The results showed that the validated model had high fitting for each effluent quality index. The dynamic simulation results showed that the absolute value annual relative error of COD and TN was lower than 5%, and the absolute value absolute error of NH4 +-N and TP was less than 0.05 mg/L, which met the requirements of practical application. Furthermore, based on the calibrated model, the existing operational parameters of the treatment process were optimized. The optimization results indicated that customized adjustments to the aeration rate and chemical dosing in the biological treatment section according to seasonal water quality conditions, could lead to an average annual reduction in aeration volume of 10.2% and an average reduction in phosphorus removal agent of 32.1%. It could not only ensure the stable quality of effluent, but also realized the refinement of the operation.
