摘要:
针对北京某CASS工艺污水处理厂面临的问题,收集污水处理设计参数、运行参数、进出水水质等数据,现场连续取样测试,采用BioWin模拟软件对该污水处理厂进行诊断与模拟优化分析。通过调试与校正,动态模拟运行结果与实际运行工况较吻合,能较好地反映实际情况。对该污水处理厂面临的出水TN和TP不达标的情况,通过优化运行参数、改变工艺流程进行优化改造。经模拟优化分析发现,优化排泥量、增设碳源补加和化学除磷等工序,能够使污水处理厂运行出水达标。

Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of CASS process wastewater treatment plant in Beijing, the design parameters, operation parameters and water quality are collected and tested continuously. BioWin software is used to simulate and optimize the CASS process. Through debugging and calibration, the dynamic simulation results are in good agreement with the actual operating conditions, and can reflect the actual situation well. The main problem of the wastewater treatment plant is TN and TP of the effluent are higher than that of the standards. The process is optimized and transformed through optimizing the operating parameters and changing the process flow. Through simulation and optimization analysis, it is found that the effluent can reach the standard by optimizing the sludge discharge, adding of carbon source and chemical phosphorus removal.
