供热工况下超临界机组水汽氢电导率异常研究分析

Study and analysis of supercritical unit's abnormal hydrogen conductivity of water and vapor under heat addition

摘要:

供热工况下,某电厂630 MW超临界机组给水和主蒸汽氢电导率较高,无法满足给水加氧处理时的要求。对热力系统的水汽品质进行分析,试验结果表明:除盐水中TOC含量超标,导致供热时水汽系统的TOC升高,有机物分解产生CH3COO-和HCOO-,引起主蒸汽氢电导率超标;除盐水含有大量二氧化碳,供热时机组的补给水量增加,导致给水中二氧化碳含量较高,引起给水氢电导率超标。

Abstract:

Under heat condition, the hydrogen conductivity of feed water and the main steam of 630 MW supercritical unit in a power plant is high, which cannot meet the requirement of oxygenated treatment for feed-water system. The quality of water and steam in thermodynamic system is analyzed and tested. The results show that the TOC content in the desalted water exceeds the standard, which leads to the increase of the TOC in the water and vapor system under heat condition. The organic matters decompose to produce CH3COO- and HCOO-, which leads to the main steam hydrogen conductivity exceed. In the presence of large amounts of carbon dioxide in desalination water, the content of carbon dioxide in feed water increases and the hydrogen conductivity exceeds the standard when the make-up water increased under heat condition.
