摘要:

随着国家对危废渣的管控日益严格,现有直接采用石灰中和处理冶炼污酸的方法面临升级改造。针对某大型冶炼厂铅锌冶炼产生的大量高浓度含砷污酸,介绍了一种采用硫化氢两级硫化除砷的应用案例,工程规模为1 920 m3/d,实际处理污酸中砷平均质量浓度为4 500 mg/L。通过实际工程应用表明,该工艺对高浓度含砷废酸具有优异的处理效果,出水砷稳定控制在10 mg/L以下,吨水处理成本约12.44元。详细阐述了项目工艺技术路线、工艺选择依据、工程建设情况及运行效果,为冶金行业高浓度含砷污酸处理提供了实用性技术参考。

Abstract:

With the increasingly national strict control of hazardous waste, the existing method of directly using lime neutralization to treat smelting waste acid is facing upgrading and transformation. This article introduced an application case of using hydrogen sulfide two-stage sulfurization to remove arsenic from a large lead-zinc smelting plant,which produces a large amount of high concentration arsenic containing waste acid. The project scale is 1 920 m3/d and the actual average arsenic concentration is 4 500 mg/L. Engineering practice demonstrated that this process achieved excellent removal efficiency for high-concentration arsenic-containing wastewater, with the effluent arsenic concentration stably controlled below 10 mg/L. The chemical and power operating costs in the vulcanization section were approximately ¥12.44 per ton. This paper provided a detailed exposition of the project's technical route, process selection basis, construction implementation, and operational performance, offering practical technical reference for treating high-concentration arsenic-containing acid wastewater in the metallurgical industry.
