摘要:

针对燕化公司合成橡胶厂的高硬度、高碱度水质条件, 用静态和动态方法研究了一类全有机水质稳定配方的缓蚀、阻垢性能。探讨了使用高浓度全有机配方预膜的可能性。试验结果表明, 该配方用于预膜和正常水质稳定处理是完全可行的。

关键词: 羟基膦酸, 磺酸共聚物, 循环冷却水

Abstract:

With the dynamic and static state methods, the property of corrosion and scale inhibition of an organic stabilizing compounding were studied in connection with the water quality of highly hardness and alkalinity in Synthetic Rubber Plant of Yanshan Petrochem-ical Corporation. The possibilities of prefilming with this high concent rated compounding were invest igated.The results show that this compounding can be applied to prefilm and stabilize water quality in industry.
