摘要:

以硫酸铝为原料采用中和法研制聚合硫酸铝新型絮凝剂, 并针对聚合硫酸铝稳定性相对较差这一缺点, 进行了聚合硫酸铝稳定剂的选择及剂量确定工作。通过对其性能研究表明, 聚合硫酸铝无论是在絮凝性能上还是投加量上都比传统A12(SO4)3絮凝剂优越, 并且它有更宽广的温度使用范围和对原水pH的适用范围。在水处理的实际应用上表明, 聚合硫酸铝对工业用水和工业废水都有良好的处理效果, 且投加量小。

Abstract:

The new flocculant of polyaluminium sulfate (PAS) was prepared with Al2(SO4) 3. The work in relation to the selection of stabilizer and its dose was done against its weak stability. The propert ies of the flocculant of PAS w as studied and the results show that PAS is more advantageous than the convent ional Al2(SO4) 3 not only in flocculability but also in dose and the range of suitable temperature. It proves that PAS is an excellent flocculant which is suitable for industrial water and waste water treatment in practical use.
