摘要:
在68×10-4mol/L柠檬酸钠, 醋酸—醋酸钠缓冲溶液(pH=5.2)中, Cu2+可与乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠(EDPMDS)络合, 使铜峰降低, 峰电位Ep=-0.24V(银—氯化银电极)。乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠浓度在3~50mg/L范围内与峰高降低值呈线性关系。采用JP3-1型示波极谱仪, 二次微分, 起始电位0.00V, 终止电位-1.20V测定, 检出限为1mg/L, 变异系数为32%~60%, 回收率95.6%~103.1%。

Abstract:
In 6.8×10-4 mol/L cetric acidsodium, and CH3COOH-CH3COONa buffer solution (pH=5.2),there exits a complexing reaction between Cu2+ ionand EDTMPS, as a result of depressing the Cu2+ peak, spike potential Ep is - 0.24V (Ag-AgCl electrode).The concent ration of EDTMPS, within the scope of 3~ 50mg/ L, shows linearrelation with the depression value of peak height. With JP3-1 oscilloscopic polarograph inst rument, do secondary differential and determine, as the intial potent ial is 0.00V, the terminal potent ial is - 1??20V. T he defecting limit is 1mg / L, variation efficiency is 3. 2%~ 6. 0%, and therecovery ratio is 95. 6% ~ 103??1%??
