摘要:
简要评述了高炉冷却技术的发展,介绍了我国第一座全部采用软水密闭循环冷却方式的武钢五号高炉冷却水系统的流程设计、运行工艺、开工及冷却水处理技术等方面的研究成果和应用效果。以该高炉投产五年多的运行结果为基础,评价采用软水密闭循环冷却技术对延长高炉寿命,强化高炉生产和节水节能所产生的综合效益,认为应结合各地实际,尽快推广应用,以提高我国高炉冷却技术水平,取得更大效益。
Abstract:
This paper Remarks briefly on the development of Blast Furnace cooling techniques. It introduces the research results and application effects about the flow design, operation processing, the starting of operation, cooling water treatment technology, etc, of the cooling system of WISGCO No. 5 BF which is the first furnace to fully adopt the closed loop soft water circulating cooling method. Based on more than five yearsoperation results since BF began to work, w e evaluate the comprehensive benifits which result from adopting the closed loop soft w ter circulating cooling technig ues to leng then the furnace life, to improve the BF production and to economize on water supply and power energy. We suggest that this method should be popula ri zed and applied to other places according to the r respective actual condition so a s to improve the BF cooling technical competence of our country and obtain more benifits.
