臭氧处理循环冷却水的动态模拟实验

摘要:

把臭氧用于循环冷却水的处理在国内是新的尝试。动态实验的结果表明,臭氧系统的污垢热阻已接近工业允许值,与空白系统相比,污垢沉积率减小,腐蚀速率减小,生物粘泥减少,说明臭氧起到了阻垢、缓蚀、杀菌的效果。同时,实验中发现系统的腐蚀在初期比较严重,因此,运行初期应加强防腐措施。

Abstract:

It is a new attempt to treat circulating cooling water with ozone at home. The dynamic test shows that: the heat resistance of the foul is close to industrial allowable value; compared with the blank exper iment, the foul voluminosity of the dust decreases, the corrosion rate decreases, the bioelectric viscid sludge reduces, all these phenomena indicate that ozone can be used for scale inhibition, anti- corrosion and disinfection. Meanwhile,it is found that the corrosion in the system is more serious in the initial stage so antisepsis should be strengthened in this stage.
