冬季采暖水系统用缓蚀剂的研制

摘要:

讨论了冷却水系统各种常用缓蚀剂在采暖水系统软化水中的缓蚀作用,除钼酸盐、葡萄糖酸盐、羧-磺盐共聚物少数几种外,其余的需要通过Ca2+、Mg2+、OH-等水中离子参与成膜才能起缓蚀作用的缓蚀剂不宜在软化水中使用,一些酸性介质缓蚀剂对软化水有很好的缓蚀作用。自制的MYN系列软化水缓蚀剂,只要控制Na2MoO4的浓度在15mg/L左右就对软化水有极好的缓蚀作用,该缓蚀剂具有成本低,缓蚀效果好,适应水质范围宽,操作控制弹性大等特点。

Abstract:

This paper discusses inhibition effect of all kinds of in hibitors in common use in heating water system.The outcome shows that in softening water it is unsuitable to use inhibitors filming by means of Ca2+,Mg2+,OH-,except a few inhibitors such as molybdate. However,some inhibitors by acids existence have a good effect. Based on these results,a series of M YN in hibitors That have an excellent effect on softening water are synthetized.
