锦西大化肥高碱高硬水处理配方的研究和应用

摘要:

对于水质为高碱高硬的循环冷却水补水,作者新研制了一种水处理配方JS-101,其动态模拟试验评定极限污垢热阻为287×10-5m2·h·℃/KJ,平均腐蚀速度为0036mm/a,现场应用时循环冷却水中[Ca2++碱度]可稳定在1050mg/L以上,JS-101配方具有很好的阻垢和缓蚀性能,使换热器能够满足生产的需要。

Abstract:

A new water tr eatment prescription, JS- 101, is prepared for the supplemental water o f the cir culating cooling water with high basicity and hardness. After the dynamic simulation test throug h using the new prescription, the limit heat r esistance of dirt is 2. 87 @ 10-5m2he / kJ, the av erag e corr osive r ate is 0.036 mm/ a, the practicing, the ( Ca2+ + basicity) in the circulating cooling water is big ger t han 1 050 mg/ L. The capacity of the heat ex chang ers meet the r equirement of production.
