聚合硫酸铁合成工艺研究

摘要:

以钢铁硫酸酸洗废液、硫酸亚铁、亚硝酸钠和氧气为原料,合成出符合国家标准要求的聚合硫酸铁产品。实验研究确定的优化工艺条件为:以100 mL钢铁硫酸酸洗废液为原料,加入60 g硫酸亚铁及6 g亚硝酸钠,持续通入氧气,40℃下反应2 h,得到液体聚合硫酸铁产品。将液体聚合硫酸铁在真空度为-0.09 MPa以上,55℃干燥3 h得到固体聚合硫酸铁产品。

Abstract:

Steel waste liquid from sulfuric acid pickling,ferrous sulfate,sodium nitrite and oxygen have been used as raw materials for synthesizing polyferric sulfate product,which meets the national standard. The optimum conditions decided by researches are as follows:60 g of ferrous sulfate and 6 g of sodium nitrite are added to the raw material, 100 mL of steel waste liquid from sulfuric acid pickling, with the continuous flowing in of oxygen,at 40 ℃,for 2 h. Thus,the product liquid polyferric sulfate can be obtained. The solid product polyferric sulfate can then be obtained by drying the liquid product at 55 ℃ for 3 h under a vacuum of -0.09 MPa or above.
