高铁酸钾/聚合硫酸铁在制革废水处理中的应用

Application of the simultaneously used potassium ferrate-polyferric sulfate to the treatment of integrated tanning wastewater

摘要:

针对初始水质为pH 8.9、硫化物46.3 mg/L、COD 5 602.92 mg/L、Cr3+57.2 mg/L、色度为1 300倍、浊度2 300 NTU的制革综合废水,使用高铁酸钾/聚合硫酸铁联用和单独使用高铁酸钾进行处理,结果发现,使用15 mg/L高铁酸钾和50 mg/L聚合硫酸铁联用处理制革综合废水具有更好的效果,其中,COD去除率为96.12%、硫化物去除率94.25%、Cr3+去除率95.15%、浊度去除率为99.15%、色度去除率为92.36%。

Abstract:

The integrated tanning wastewater,whose initial water quality conditions are as follows :pH is 8.9,sulfide 46.3 mg/L,COD 5 602.92 mg/L,Cr3+ 57.2 mg/L,turbidity 2 300 NTU and chroma 1 300,has been treated with potassium ferrate/polyferric sulfate simultaneously and individually.As a result,it is found that when 15 mg/L of potassium ferrate and 50 mg/L of polyferric sulfate are used simultaneously,its efficacy is better.Its COD removing rate is 96.12%,sulfide removing rate 94.25%,Cr3+ removing rate 95.15%,turbidity removing rate 99.15% and chroma removing rate 92.36%.
