Study on the coagulation conditions for the pretreatment of recirculated leachate with PFS

摘要:

研究了聚合硫酸铁(PFS)混凝预处理垃圾渗滤液回灌出水的混凝条件。通过正交实验确定的最佳混凝条件为:原水pH=5,投加PFS 180 mg/L,200 r/min 搅拌2 min 后投加助凝剂PAM 5 mg/L,100 r/min 搅拌15 min,20r/min 搅拌10 min 后沉淀20 min。在此条件下, 其对垃圾渗滤液中COD、TOC、BOD、色度、浊度的去除率分别达69.25%、62.44%、73.5%、71.82%和58.33%。PFS 混凝预处理可有效减轻后续处理工艺的运行负荷,为垃圾渗滤液回灌出水的处理提供了参考。

Abstract:

The coagulation conditions for the pretreatment of recirculated leachate with poly ferric sulfate(PFS) have been studied.PFS is used for pretreating the recirculated leachate.The factors which have influences on coagulation treatment efficiencies are also studied.The best coagulation and agitation conditions are obtained by orthogonal experiments as follows:initial pH is 5,dosage of PFS 180 mg/L,200 r/min agitate for 2 min,dosage of coagulant aids PAM 5 mg/L,100 r/min agitate 15 min,20 r/min agitate for 10 min,settling time 20 min.Under these conditions,the removing rates of COD,TOC,BOD,chroma and turbidity in landfill leachate are 69.25%,62.44%,73.5%,71.82% and 58.33%,respectively.The organic loading of subsequent treatment steps is effectively reduced through PFS coagulation.The research results can provide a reference for the pretreatment of recirculated leachate.
