处理焦化废水微氧EGSB反应器运行特性研究

Characteristic of EGSB reactor treating coking wastewater under micro-aerobic conditions

摘要:

在30~35 ℃的常温条件下,采用EGSB 反应器处理焦化废水,考察了进水COD、曝气量和液体上升流速等因素对COD 去除效果的影响。实验结果表明:(1)进水COD 的增加,使得反应器中的有机负荷上升,导致COD 去除率大幅下降;(2)提高曝气量,促进了颗粒污泥中不同菌群间的协同代谢作用,有利于COD 的去除;(3)合适的上升流速,强化了泥水两相间的传质效果,可以实现COD 的有效去除。

Abstract:

EGSB reactor has been used for treating coking wastewater at 30-35 ℃ normal temperature.The influences of the factors,such as the influent COD concentration,oxygenation and liquid up-flow velocity,etc.on its COD removing efficiency have been investigated.The results show that:(1)As the influent COD concentration increases,the organic loading in the reactor also increases,resulting in the COD removal efficiency dropping significantly;(2)It is found that increasing the amount of oxygenation promotes the communal synergistic metabolisms between different flora in granular sludge,which is good for the COD removal;(3)when the liquid up-flow velocity is suitable,the reactor has a better mass transfer effect between the two phases of sludge and water and can achieve effective removal of the COD.
