摘要:

对反渗透膜制备工艺进行了研究。采用多孔异型喷丝板,以原液一步直接纺丝成形法,制取芳香聚酰胺中空纤维反渗透膜。结果表明,调整纺丝液粘度,添加剂种类、数量,挤出速度,蒸发、固化条件等工艺,可得到脱盐率90%,水通量0.7mL/(cm2·h)的反渗透膜。它将在工业水处理、水净化、纯水制备等方面发挥作用。

Abstract:

The preparation technology of RO membrane has been studied.By irregular shaped porous spinneret,the aramid hollow fiber RO membrane is spinned directly with raw material in one step. The conclusions of this study is that the RO membrane with 90% of salt rejection and 0.7mL/(cm2·h) of water flux could be obtained by the regulation of spinning solution viscosity,the kind and amount of additive,speed of extrusion,and the conditions of evaporation and solidification. And this kind of RO membrane will play an important role in treatment of industrial water,purification of drinking water,preparation of ultrapure water,etc.
