微生物分散剂TS-830的研究与应用

摘要:

在循环冷却水系统中,存在着大量的有机物和无机化合物。适宜的环境和充足的营养使得微生物在水中大量繁殖,吸附在管壁形成生物膜。生物膜能捕获有机体和无机杂质产生复杂的生物黏泥,生物黏泥能引起热交换器的堵塞式泄漏,影响热交换并产生腐蚀环境。作者对冷却水系统中的生物膜的形成机理进行了探讨。并开发出微生物分散剂TS-830。它对细菌、菌藻、生物黏泥具有极佳的剥离、杀灭、清洗效果,兼具缓蚀效果。

Abstract:

In circulating cooling water systems, there are a large quantities of organic and sufficient nutriments which make the microorganism reproduce heavily in water, and make microorganism absord to the surface and form biofilm. Biofilm traps the organisms, organic and inorganic debris creating complex biological sludge which causes frequent jam or leak of the heat transfer and creating a corrosive environment. The mechanisms of biofilm formation have been studied. Microorganism dispersant TS-830 has been development. It has an excellent effect on stripping, destroying and cleaning germs, algae, and slime and also inhibits the corrosion.
