摘要:

植物单宁(植物多酚)是复杂的较高等植物的次生代谢物,广泛分布在植物体内。单宁分子由多环芳核和多种活性基团构成,具有亲水性、表面活性、阳离子交换能力、络合能力及吸附分散能力等,可作为絮凝剂、阻垢剂、缓蚀剂、离子交换剂用于水处理中。论述了植物单宁的基本特性及其作为絮凝剂、阻垢剂、缓蚀剂、离子交换树脂在水处理中的研究与应用现状,并展望了其发展趋势。

Abstract:

Vegetable tannin(plant polyphenol), as a complexhigher plant secondarymetabolite, widelyexists in plant kingdom. Vegetable tannin is applied to water treatment as flocculant, scale inhibitor, corrosion inhibitor and ion exchange resin. Tannin molecules possess multi-aromatic rings and different active functional groups, so it has many functions, such as hydrophilicity, surface activity, cation exchange capacity, complex capacity, adsorptive and dispersed capacities etc. The basic properties of tannin are summarized and research and application of tannin water treatment agent are introduced in detail. Furthermore, its development trend is prospected.
