DPD比色法测定电解海水产生的有效氯浓度

Determination of effective chlorine density in electrolyzed seawater by DPD spectrophotometric method

摘要:

用DPD(N,N-二乙基-1,4-苯二胺)比色法测定电解海水中的有效氯质量浓度,并将测定结果与碘量滴定法测定有效氯质量浓度相比较。此外,用该法在海水环境条件下,进行了试验。结果表明,在海水环境条件下,DPD比色法在常温下测定,选择波长为550 nm,溶液pH 6.5左右,显色后10 min内测定。用此方法测定海水中有效氯质量浓度的范围为0~2mg/L,误差在5%以下。

Abstract:

DPD(N, N-diethyl-1,4-phenylenediamine)spectrophotometric method is used to determine the effective chlorine density of electrolyzed seawater. The results of DPD method is compared with the results of iodictitration, which determines the same sample. The conditions of the experiment are also studied in seawater. As a result, in seawater, effective chlorine density can be determined accurately in 0-2mg/L and the error is less than 5%. The optimum wavelength is 550 nm, the pH is about 6.5. The sample is determined in 10 min after reaction in normal temperature.
