给水处理厂测定水中微量铝的方法探讨

摘要:

水中微量铝的分析方法至今缺乏国家的标准检测方法。根据给水处理厂的实际水质情况以及现有的检测条件,选择铝试剂法作为给水厂的推荐方法,并在此基础上进行改进:利用EDTA消除浊度、色度的干扰;抗坏血酸消除Fe3+的干扰。水样的测试结果表明该方法的平均测量精度为0.01mg/L,最佳测量范围为0.02~0.50mg/L。改良后的铝试剂法可以在水厂推广。

Abstract:

There is no available criterion method of measuring trace aluminium for water treatment plants. According to practical water quality and measuring conditions in water supply plants, it proposes that aluminon method should be an excellent recommendation. Two improvements are applied accordingly for 2 disturbing factors. One is adding EDTA to eliminate disturbing of turbidity and color. Another is adding ascorbic acid to eliminate disturbing of Fe3+. Water samples have been measured by using the improved method. Results show that the average accuracy of the improved method is 0.01 mg/L, and the optimum measuring range is 0.02- 0.50 mg/L.
