印染企业回用污水厂工程实例

摘要:

在印染过程产生的污水中,相当份额的污水经处理后有回用的价值。为印染企业设计回用污水厂时,深入调查了企业生产工艺、排水情况,通过对印染生产工艺及污水排放情况的调查,采用分流不同水质的印染污水,对其作分别处理,着重阐述了回用污水厂的工艺流程及运行效果等,评价了回用水质量对印染生产的适用性。实践证明,污水分流方案和回用工艺方案切实可行,从而为大型印染企业对回用污水厂的设计、建造和运行提供依据。

Abstract:

A great part of wastewater discharged from the printing and dyeing process is worth recycling. When a wastewater recycling design is made for a printing and dyeing plant, it is necessary to investigate deeply the situations of technology and drainage in this plant. Based on these investigations, a project of separating the printing and dyeing wastewater with different water quality and treating the wastewater separately has been made.The technological flow and running effects of the wastewater recycling plant are mainly expounded. The applicability of the recycled water quality is evaluated. The practice proves that the project of wastewater separation and recycle are feasible. Thus, it provides meaningful design, construction and running information for large scale printing and dyeing plants.
