摘要:
采用混凝沉淀-CAF气浮-V型滤池组合工艺对上海某钢铁厂的综合废水进行了处理。列举了主要构筑物的数量和尺寸以及主要工艺设备的数量、规格等设计参数。经济效益分析表明,每年可节约水费1920.96万元。实际运行结果表明,该工艺对CODCr、SS和油去除效果显著,出水水质完全达到《上海市综合排放标准》二级标准和企业回用标准的要求。

Abstract:
The coagulation - CAF air flotation - V filter process has been applied to the treatment and reuse of wastewater from steel works. The number and size of the main constructs and the parameters, such as the number,specification, etc. of the main equipment are listed. The economic benefit analysis indicates that $19 209 600 is economized every year. The actual running result indicates that the effects of the removal rates of CODCr, SS and oil are obvious. The discharged water quality absolutely meet the requirements of the Second Grade of Shanghai Comprehensive Effluent Discharge Standard, and the requirements of reuse standard in enterprises.
