中空纤维超滤膜处理高浊度海水的中试研究

Pilot research on the treatment of seawater with high turbidity by using hollowed fiber ultra filtration membranes

摘要:

试验选取了5种国内外著名的商品型中空纤维超滤膜,对某电厂附近海域的高浊度的海水进行了处理,测定了超滤膜的产水浊度和SDI15、透膜压差的增长情况以及对COD、全硅、胶硅和铁的去除效果及化学清洗后各超滤膜TMP的恢复情况。试验结果表明,4#和5#超滤膜对高浊海水有较好的处理效果,抗污染性强,可为后续的反渗透系统提供稳定的水质保证。

Abstract:

Five kinds of widely used commercial hollowed fiber ultra-filtration membranes have been selected for treating seawater with high turbidity. The turbidity and SDI15 of the produced water through the ultra-filtration membrane, the increase of membrane pressure difference, the the effect on the removal rates of COD, total silicon,colloidal silicon and iron, and the recovery of TMP of each ultra-filtration membrane after the chemical cleaning have been determined. The results showthat the 4# and 5# ultra-filtration membranes have better treatment effect on the treatment of seawater with high turbidity and stronger resistance to pollution. It provides stable guarantee of water quality for the sequent RO system.
