超滤膜法处理含油清洗废水及清洗剂回用研究

摘要:

含油清洗废水的深化处理及清洗剂回收再利用一直是工业废水处理领域关注的焦点。清洗剂具有既亲水又亲油的特点,其高效回收受到限制。同时,由于清洗废水所含油品种类复杂,很难匹配到合适的处理方法。为解决该难题,深入研究了过滤精度、跨膜压差、温度、浓度等因素对超滤膜法处理含油清洗废水及清洗剂回用效果的影响。研究结果表明,适宜过滤精度的膜元件、合适的跨膜压差和温度可实现较高的清洗剂回用率和石油类截留率。此外,废水中清洗剂的含量越高,产水中的清洗剂越多;石油类含量越高,清洗剂的回用率越低,膜受污染程度也越严重。结果表明,超滤膜法是一种回用效率高、对废油截留效果佳的清洗废水处理方法,与传统处理工艺相比,兼具环保和经济实用性优势,可应用于工业含油清洗废水、船舶舱底油污水以及其他含油清洗废水的净化及回用处理。

Abstract:

Advanced treatment of oily cleaning wastewater and recycling of cleaning agent have been the focus of attention in the field of industrial wastewater treatment. Cleaning agents are both hydrophilic and oleophilic, and their efficient recovery is limited. At the same time, it is difficult to match a suitable treatment method because of the complicated oil species contained in cleaning wastewater. In order to solve this problem, the effects of filtration accuracy, transmembrane pressure difference, temperature and concentration on the treatment of oily cleaning wastewater and the reuse of cleaning agent by ultrafiltration method were studied in depth. The results showed that the membrane element with suitable filtration accuracy, appropriate transmembrane pressure difference and temperature could achieve higher reuse rate and oil retention rate. In addition, the higher the cleaning agent content in the wastewater, the more the cleaning agent in the produced water. The higher the petroleum content, the lower the reuse rate of cleaning agent and the more serious the membrane contamination. The results showed that the method was a cleaning wastewater treatment method with high reuse efficiency and good retention effect of waste oil, which is both environmentally friendly and economically practical compared with the traditional treatment process, and can be applied to the purification and reuse treatment of industrial oily cleaning wastewater, ship bilge oil effluent and other oily cleaning wastewater.
