换流阀均压电极电吸附抑垢方法研究

摘要:

换流阀冷却系统均压电极结垢会造成管路堵塞、泄漏等问题,给换流阀的稳定运行带来较大的隐患,严重时甚至会导致直流闭锁停运。目前换流站主要采取人工定期取出电极清除表面结垢物的方法来解决该问题。由于换流站电极数量众多,除垢工作任务繁重。为了减轻换流阀维护工作量并缓解均压电极结垢现象,提出了一种基于电吸附原理的换流阀均压电极抑垢方法,设计了一种电吸附抑垢装置,将其接入换流阀内冷水系统模拟实验平台,对该方法的可行性进行实验验证,并进一步研究该抑垢装置的电极板电流密度和入口水流速度对抑垢效果的影响。研究结果显示,模拟实验平台接入抑垢装置后,与无抑垢装置相比,相同时间内单只均压电极的结垢量从0.5~0.7 mg减少到0.1 mg以下,表明电吸附抑垢法可以减缓换流阀均压电极结垢的进程。此外,当抑垢装置电极板电流密度为5~50 A/m2时,该装置的抑垢效率随电极板电流密度的增加而先增大后减小;当入口流量为8~14 L/min时,装置抑垢效率随水流速度的增加而减小。

Abstract:

The scaling of the equal pressure electrode of the converter valve cooling system will cause pipeline blockage, leakage and other problems, which will bring greater hidden danger to the stable operation of the converter valve and even lead to DC blocking shutdown in serious cases. At present, the converter station mainly adopts the method of removing the electrode to remove the surface scaling by hand regularly to solve the problem. Due to the large number of electrodes in the converter station, the descaling work is a heavy task. In order to reduce the maintenance workload of the converter valve and alleviate the scaling phenomenon of the equal pressure electrode, a method of equal pressure electrode scale suppression of the converter valve based on the principle of electric adsorption is proposed. An electro-adsorption scale suppression device is designed and connected to the simulated experimental platform of the cold water system in the converter valve to verify the feasibility of the method, and further study the influence of the electrode plate current density and inlet water velocity of the scale suppression device on the scale suppression effect. The results of the study show that, after the simulated experimental platform is connected to the scale suppression device, the scaling amount of a single equal pressure electrode is reduced from 0.5-0.7 mg to less than 0.1 mg in the same time compared with no scale suppression device, which indicates that the electroadsorption scale suppression method can slow down the scaling process of the equal pressure electrode of the converter valve. In addition, when the electrode plate current density of the scale suppression device is 5-50 A/m2, the scale suppression efficiency of the device increases and then decreases with the increase of the electrode plate current density. When the inlet flow rate is 8-14 L/min, the scale inhibition efficiency of the device decreases with the increase of water flow rate.
