臭氧对空调冷却水缓蚀作用的试验研究

Experimental study on the corrosion inhibition effect of ozone on the coolingwater in the air-conditioning system

摘要:

针对中央空调冷却水循环系统中的腐蚀问题,进行了单独投加臭氧、单独投加缓蚀剂、臭氧及缓蚀剂联合使用三种情况下对空调冷却水的缓蚀试验研究。结果表明,臭氧单独作用时,腐蚀速率为0.14~0.26 mm/a,缓蚀率为25%~55%。臭氧与钼酸钠共同作用时,碳钢的腐蚀速率小于0.16 mm/a,缓蚀率大幅度提高,两者有很好的协同作用。

Abstract:

Aiming at the corrosion problem of the cooling water in the centered air-conditioning system, experimentshave been carried out under the three conditions of adding ozone alone, corrosion inhibitor alone and ozone combinedwith corrosion inhibitor. The results show that when ozone is added alone, the corrosion rate is between 0.14-0.26 mm/a, and the corrosion inhibition rate is between 25%-55% and when ozone combined with sodium molybdateis added, the corrosion rate of carbon steel is below 0.16 mm/a, corrosion inhibition rate increases greatly. Thetwo of them have a good synergistic effect.
