反渗透技术在钢厂废水零排放项目中的应用

摘要:

针对酒钢集团某子公司废水的特点以及国家对钢铁企业节能减排的号召,确认以反渗透技术处理该钢铁厂废水。运行结果表明,反渗透的产水水质达到了钢厂工艺用水的要求,系统的浓水可用于冲渣和焦化厂熄焦,实现了废水的零排放,并最大限度地利用了钢厂废水。详述了反渗透技术在钢铁厂废水回用系统中的应用情况。

Abstract:

Based on the characteristics of the wastewater from a subsidiary company of Jiugang Steel Group,and the appeal of energy-saving and draining-reduction in iron & steel enterprises in China,it is determined that RO technique is to be used for treating the wastewater from steel works. The running results show that the produced water quality meets the requirements of water used for steel works,and the fortified water of RO systems can be used for sediment-rushing and coke quenching,realizing wastewater zero-draining. Hence,the wastewater from steel works can be made utmost use of. The situation of RO technique applied to iron & steel works systems has been expounded.
