摘要:
低剂量水合物抑制剂随多相混输体系进入到油气水处理系统后,对油气水处理工艺和处理效果有着不同程度的影响。研究了5种不同类型的低剂量水合物抑制剂进入污水处理系统后对污水结垢性和腐蚀性的影响。研究表明,低剂量水合物抑制剂对油田污水的结垢性影响不大,但是与阻垢分散剂配伍不理想;对于存在H2S酸性腐蚀的油田污水,低剂量水合物抑制剂对其腐蚀性有抑制作用,且与咪唑啉衍生物类缓蚀剂配伍性良好。

Abstract:
The low dose hydrate inhibitor has effects in various degrees on oil-gas-water treatment process and treatment effectiveness,with the multi-phase mixed transportation system getting into the oil-gas-water treatment system.The effects of five different types of low dose hydrate inhibitors on the scaling tendency and corrosive nature,after they have got into the wastewater treatment systems,are studied.The study shows that the effect of low dose hydrate inhibitor on the scaling tendency of oilfield wastewater is not much,but the effect on the compatibility with scale inhibitor and dispersion agent is not satisfactory.For the oilfield wastewater which does not have H2S acidic corrosion,the low dose hydrate inhibitor has inhibiting effect on its corrosion nature,and has good compatibility with imidazoline derivatives corrosion inhibitors
