Study on the treatment of reactive black dye wastewater with composite flocculant,Ca0-MgS04

摘要:

以CaO-MgSO4.7H2O为絮凝吸附剂对活性黑KN-B染料废水进行处理,以吸光度为测定指标,研究了废水pH、氧化钙及硫酸镁投加量、氧化钙及硫酸镁的投加比例对脱色率和COD去除率的影响。结果表明:在最佳pH范围内,硫酸镁的投加量对脱色率有较大影响;pH=13、硫酸镁及生石灰投加质量浓度分别为1.2、0.6 g/L,即氧化钙及硫酸镁投加比为1∶2时,活性黑染料废水处理效果最好,脱色率达到99%,COD去除率达到95%。

Abstract:

CaO-MgSO4·7H2O has been used as composite flocculation adsorbent for treating reactive black dye KN-B wastewater.The absorbance of dye wastewater solution is taken as an determining indicator.The effects of pH,dosages of CaO and MgSO4,the dosing ratio of CaO and MgSO4 on the wastewater decolorizing rate and COD removing rate have been studied.The results show that in the best pH range,the dosage of MgSO4 has more effect on the decolorizing rate.It means that when its pH=13,and the dosage of MgSO4 ·7H2O and CaO are 1.2 g/L and 0.6 g/L(the dosage ratio of CaO and MgSO4·7H2O=l∶2) respectively,the treatment effect on the reactive black dye wastewater is the best.The decolorizing rate reaches 99% and the removing rate of COD reaches 95%.
