摘要:

以铁、锌、铝盐为原料制备了含硼聚硅酸铝铁锌(PSAFZB)新型无机高分子复合絮凝剂,研究了各种因素对PSAFZB絮凝剂絮凝行为的影响,确定了最佳制备工艺条件:硅酸聚合时间为45min,硅酸聚合pH为3.5,最佳n(Fe):n(Si)=0.5、n(Zn):n(Si)=4.0、n(Al):n(Si)=2.0、n(B):n(Si)=0.4,熟化24h.最佳工艺条件下制得的PSAFZB的稳定时间可达30d以上.用光学显微镜对PSAFZB复合絮凝剂及絮体的形貌进行了观察,并对其絮凝机理进行了初步探讨.实验表明:用PSAFZB处理印刷废水和印染废水,具有电中和能力和吸附架桥能力强、絮凝效果好、沉降速度快、且操作工艺简单、成本低的优点,处理结果令人满意.

Abstract:

Compounds of Fe2 +,Zn2 +and Al3 +, have been used as raw materials for preparing the new type of inorganic polymer flocculant, boron-containing polysilicate aluminium ferric zinc(PSAFZB).The effect of all kinds of factors on flocculation behavior of PSAFZB is studied.The optimal preparation conditions are as follows silicate polymerization time is 45 min, silicate polymerization pH=3.5,n(Fe)∶n(Si)=0.5,n(Zn)∶n(Si)=4.0,n(Al)∶ n(Si)=2.0,n(B)∶n(Si)=0.4, and ripening time 24 h.The stabilization time of PSAFZB under the optimal process conditions can reach more than 30 d.Morphology of PSAFZB complex flocculant and floc is observed with optical microscope, and its flocculation mechanism is discussed primarily.The experimental results show that when PSAFZB is applied to the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater, the flocculant is characterized by strong electric neutralization capacity, high flocculation efficiency, rapid sedimentation velocity, brief operational process, and low cost, giving satisfactory effects.
