火力发电厂水处理用活性炭吸附性能评价方法的改进

Assessment method improvement of activated carbon adsorption capacity for water treatment in thermal power plants

摘要:

目前火力发电厂普遍采用的水处理用活性炭吸附性能评价方法为《火力发电厂水处理用活性炭使用导 则》,此法需对天然水中的腐殖酸、富里酸、木质素和丹宁酸4 种有机物进行活性炭吸附试验,且所用腐殖酸和富里酸提取自失效的阴树脂,操作十分繁琐。分别采用《火力发电厂水处理用活性炭使用导则》和操作相对简便的《煤质颗粒活性炭试验方法焦糖脱色率的测定》对10 种不同活性炭的吸附性能进行评价,评价结果完全一致。建议火电厂 以《煤质颗粒活性炭试验方法焦糖脱色率的测定》作为水处理用活性炭吸附性能的评价方法。

Abstract:

The present assessment method of activated carbon adsorption capacity for water treatment in thermal power plants generally adopted is Guide for Operation of Activated Carbon for Water Treatment in the Thermal Power Plants.When this method is used,activated carbon adsorption capacity tests should be carried out for the four kinds of organisms in natural water which are humic acid,fulvic acid,lignin,and tannic acid.The humic acid and fulvic acid used are extracted from failed anion resin,the operation is over-elaborate. The adsorption capacity of ten activated carbon is assessed by using Guide for Operation of Activated Carbon for Water Treatment in the Thermal Power Plant and Standard Test Method for Granutar Activated Carbon From Coal:Determination of Caramel Adsorption,respectively.The method is relatively simple,and the assessment results are completely the same.It is suggested that Standard Test Method for Granutar Activated Carbon From Coal:Determination of Caramel Adsorption be used as the assessment method of activated carbon adsorption capacity for water treatment in thermal power plants.
