UASB—两级A/O组合工艺治理天然橡胶废水的研究

Study on natural rubber wastewater treatment by UASB-two A/O process

摘要:

天然橡胶制胶过程中排放高浓度含NH3-N的有机废水,该废水由浓缩乳胶(含胶清胶)废水、乳标胶废水、凝标胶废水等组成,混合后的废水COD5800mg/L左右,NH3-N220mg/L左右.作者采用UASB+两级A/O组合工艺处理该废水.实验结果表明,用UASB法处理,在HRT为23h时,COD去除率达62%;两级A/O法处理,在HRT为32h时,出水的NH3-N去除率达90%以上.由此可见,UASB和两级A/O组合工艺能有效处理含高浓度NH3-N的天然橡胶废水,其出水能达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)国家—级排放标准.

Abstract:

Highly concentrated organic wastewater containing ammonia-nitrogen is discharged from natural rubber making process.This kind of wastewater consists of concentrated latex wastewater, RSS wastewater and standard rubber wastewater and so on.After various wastewaters are mixed, its COD is about 5 800 mg/L, and NH3-N is about 220 mg/L.The combined process UASB + two A/O has been used for treating the natural rubber wastewater.The results show that when HRT is 23 h in UASB pond, the COD removal rate reaches 62%, and when HRT is 32 h in the two A/O ponds, the NH3-N removal rate is above 90%.Therefore, it is feasible to treat natural rubber wastewater containing highly concentrated ammonia-nitrogen by combined process of UASB pond with two A/O ponds and precipitation pond process efficiently, and the effluent water quality meets the First Grade Standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge (GB 8978—1996) of China.
