摘要:
在非离子(O/W)型微乳液(OP/n-C5H11OH/n-C7H16/H2O)中,建立了孔雀绿-磷钼杂多酸显色体系测定样品中磷的方法。优化的实验条件为:1.70 mL 2.0 mol/L硫酸,0.80 mL 0.14 mol/L钼酸铵,0.55 mL微乳液,1.10 mL 1.0%孔雀绿。孔雀绿-磷钼杂多酸形成的缔合物的最大吸收波长为650 nm,线性回归方程为y=1.84×105x+0.025 1,25 mL溶液中磷质量在0.2~3.5μg范围内符合Lambert-Beer定律。该方法用于测定样品中磷的含量,相对标准偏差1.2%~2.1%,加标回收率在97%~103%。

Abstract:
A method for determining phosphorus in water samples by the malachite green-heteropoly molybdophosphoric acid system in O/W non-ionic micro-emulsion medium(OP/n-C5H11OH/n-C7H16/H2O) has been established.The optimal experimental conditions are 1.70 mL 2.0 mol/L of H2SO4,0.80 mL 0.14 mol/L ammonium molybdate, 0.55 mL microemulsion,and 1.10 mL 1.0% malachite green.The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex consisting of malachite green and phosphorus-molybdenum heteropoly acid is at 650 nm.The contents of linear regression equation is y=1.84×105x + 0.025 1.Lambert-Beer's Law is obeyed when the phosphorus mass is in the range of 0.2-3.5 μg,in 25 mL solution.The method is applied to the determination of phosphorus content in samples,whose RSD is 1.2%-2.1% and the indexed recovery rate is 97%-103%.
