摘要:
针对工业深度污染的强酸型阳离子交换树脂(SACR),采用基于流动注射-钠离子选择电极(FI-Na-ISE)的SACR性能测定系统,进行了对深度污染SACR的复苏研究。首先将SACR用饱和FeCl3溶液、润滑油浸泡,并在110℃干燥6 h,制得深度污染SACR。然后在FI-Na-ISE的SACR性能测定系统中对各种复苏因素进行考察。优选出的复苏条件是:复苏温度31℃,复苏剂中HCl、NaCl、Na2SO3质量分数分别为3.0%、3.0%、2.0%,复苏剂流速为1.0 mL/min,用量为300 mL/g。在优化条件下,对深度污染SACR进行连续动态复苏,使树脂的平衡交换容量从复苏前的2.237 mmol/g恢复至3.531 mmol/g,达到同型号新树脂平衡交换容量的89.0%,从而实现其再利用。

Abstract:
The recovery of deeply polluted strong acidic cation exchange resin(SACR) has been researched by using the SACR performance determination system based on flow-injection (FI)/sodium ion selective electrode (Na-ISE). In order to get deeply polluted SACR,the SACR is to be immersed in a saturated tri-chloride ferric solution and a kind of lubricant oil, and dried at 110 ℃ for 6 h. Then,various recovery factors are examined in the SACR system of FI-Na-ISE. The optimized recovery conditions are as follows:recovery temperature is 31 ℃,the mass fraction of HCl,NaCl,Na2SO3 in the recovery agent are 3.0%,3.0% and 2.0% respectively,the flow speed of recovery agent is 1.0 mL/min,and its dosage is 300 mL/g. Under optimized conditions,the deeply polluted SACR is to be recovered continuously,the equilibrium exchange capacity of the resin can be recovered from the former 2.237 mmol/g to 3.531 mmol/g,reaching 89.0% of the equilibrium exchange capacity of the new type of resin,so as to realized its reusing
