UV 法测定异噻唑啉酮衍生物活性物含量

Determination of the content of active substances in isothiazolone derivatives by UV spectrophotometry

摘要:

采用紫外分光光度法测定了异噻唑啉酮衍生物活性物含量及其氯比,结果表明:在273.0 nm 波长下检测,线性范围为0~30.00 mg/L,方法检出限为0.012 mg/L,实际样品的加标回收率为98.9%~101.3%,RSD 为0.50%~2.36%;氯比为2.6~3.4 时,其半定量的最大吸收波长λmax为272.4~273.6 nm。该测定方法简便、快速、准确,可用于异 噻唑啉酮衍生物活性物含量的测定和氯比的半定量测定。

Abstract:

UV spectrophotometry has been used for determining the content of active substances in isothiazolone derivatives and its chlorine semi-quantitative.The detection wavelength is 273.0 nm.The experiment results show that the method has higher precision and accuracy within 0-30.00 mg/L in linear area,and the lowest detection limit is 0.012 mg/L.The recovery of standard addition is 98.9%-101.3%,and the RSD is 0.50%-2.36%. When CMI/MI is 2.6-3.4,the semi-quantitative of CMI/MI maximum absorption wavelength is 272.4-273.6 nm.The advantages of the method are rapid analysis speed and lower reagent consumption.It can be applied to the determinations of the content of active substances in isothiazolone derivatives and its CMI/MI semi-quantitative.
