甘氨酸二亚甲基膦酸合成工艺研究

摘要:

以甘氨酸、甲醛、亚磷酸二乙酯为主要原料,合成甘氨酸二亚甲基膦酸(GDMP)。通过正交实验筛选出最佳合成工艺条件:n(甘氨酸):n(甲醛):n(亚磷酸二乙酯)=1:1.9:2.1,反应温度90~100℃,pH 3.5~4.0,反应时间3.0~3.5 h。所制得的甘氨酸二亚甲基膦酸熔点测定结果与文献值相符合,红外光谱分析结果表明目标产物具有甘氨酸二亚甲基膦酸的各官能团,产品纯度达到进行缓蚀阻垢性能研究的要求。

Abstract:

Glycine dimethyl phosphoric acid (GDMP) has been synthesized with glycine,formaldehyde and diethyl phosphite as main raw materials. Through orthogonal test,the best technical conditions are determined as follows:n(glycine)∶n(formaldehyde)∶n(diethylphosphite)=1∶1.9∶2.1,reaction temperature is 90-100 ℃,pH 3.5-4.0,and reaction time 3.0-3.5 h. The melting point of the product prepared is the same as literature temperature. The result of IR spectral analysis shows that the product has all the functional groups of GDMP. The purity of the product GDMP meets the requirements of the study on scale and corrosion inhibition capacities.
