摘要:
实验采用碱化聚丙烯酰胺与硫酸锌制成车辆喷涂漆雾沉漆水处理剂以达到喷漆循环水中的沉漆得以消黏与上浮及管泵免堵减缓腐蚀之目的。通过正交试验、红外光谱、扫描电镜、电化学极化和旋转挂片腐蚀试验的方法考察了消黏上浮效果、谱峰振动变化、凝聚絮体形貌及碳钢腐蚀情况。结果表明,该处理剂对醇酸树脂底漆消黏上浮效果满意,处理后的水中碳钢腐蚀速率为0.113 mm/a。

Abstract:
Alkalized polyacrylamide and zinc sulfate have been used for preparing the water treatment agent of vehicle spray-paint,in order to make the drop-like paint remove the viscosity and float up and avoid blocking up and inhibit the corrosion in the spray-paint circulating water.By means of orthogonal test,infra-red spectrum,scanning electron microscope,electrochemical polarization curve and rotary hanged slices corrosion test,the effects of viscosity removing and floating up,the changes of spectral peak vibration,the shape of the coagulant,and the corrosion status are investigated.The results show that this treatment agent makes alkyd resin remove the viscosity and float up satisfactorily;the average of corrosion rate of carbon steel in treated paint-water system is 0.113 mm/a.
