摘要:

陕北某页岩气田压裂返排液处理后的出水用于回注和配制压裂液。针对该处理系统局部结垢严重的问题, 对垢样采用扫描电镜/能谱和化学法进行了微观扫描和组成分析, 判定结垢物的主要组成为碳酸钙。探讨了结垢物形成的主要原因, 并进行了工艺改进。工艺改进后, 水处理系统的出水水质稳定, 结垢现象明显减少, 系统运行良好。

Abstract:

The effluent from the treated fracturing flowback liquid in northern Shaanxi shale gas reservoir has been reused for water injection and fracturing fluid preparation. Aiming at the serious partial scaling problem in the wastewater treatment system, micro-scanning and components analysis on scaled samples by SEM/EDS and chemical method are implemented, and it is determined that the main component of the scale substances is calcium carbonate. The main causes of scale formation are discussed, and process improvement has been made. After the process improvement, the water quality of the effluent from the system keeps stable, and scaling phenomenon gets less obviously. The wastewater treatment system works quite well.
