摘要:

采用扫描电镜(SEM)结合X-射线能谱仪(EDS)分析了预膜剂在碳钢表面成膜的成分及形貌,特别是对成膜厚度进行了细致的研究,并采用适当的检测器及特殊的制样方法,得到了真正的膜厚度,并考察了预膜剂浓度对膜厚度及腐蚀速率的影响。

Abstract:

The morphology and the component elements of the protective film on carbon steel surface, especially the film thickness, have been analyzed by SEM and EDS. A suitable detector and a special sampling method are used, and the real thickness of the film is obtained. The effect of the concentration of the prefilm agent on the thickness and corrosion velocity are investigated.
