摘要:

研究了试验室筛选的一株施氏假单孢菌PA-18对聚酯生产废水的降解,考察了初始CODCr、温度、pH对菌体降解废水的影响,并采用正交设计方法考察了氮、磷、Fe2+对菌株降解废水的影响,确定了PA-18菌生化处理聚酯生产废水的优化条件,并对这些优化条件进行了综合应用。

关键词: 聚酯废水, 施氏假单孢菌, 生物处理

Abstract:

The strain, Pseudomonas-stutzeri PA-18, has been used for the degradation of PET wastewater. The effects of the initial CODCr, temperature, and pH on the wastewater degradation of the strain have been investigated. The orthogonal design is used for analyzing the effects of nitrogen, phosphorus and Fe2+ on the wastewater degradation of the strain. The optimized conditions of this process are confirmed. The optimized conditions are synthetically applied.
