食品工业废水处理技术研究进展

摘要:

食品工业废水具有来源广泛、成分复杂的特点,因其中含有大量中、高浓度有机物,易对环境造成一定污染。从物化处理、生物处理以及物化-生物处理3个方面综述了食品工业废水处理技术的研究进展。其中,物化处理包括膜分离法、高级氧化法、电絮凝法等;生物处理包括好氧处理、厌氧处理、厌氧-好氧处理及生物膜处理;物化-生物处理是将二者相结合得到的新型废水处理技术。最后,对食品工业废水处理技术的未来发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract:

Food industry wastewater has the characteristics of wide source and complex composition, containing a large number of medium and high concentration of organic matter, which is easy to bring some pollution to the environment. The research progress of food industry wastewater treatment technology is reviewed from three aspects: physicochemical treatment, biological treatment and physicochemical-biological treatment. Among of them, the physicochemical treatment includes membrane separation, advanced oxidation, electric flocculation, etc. Biological treatment includes aerobic treatment, anaerobic treatment, anaerobic-aerobic treatment and biofilm treatment. Physicochemical-biological treatment is a new technology which combines the above two wastewater treatment process. Finally, the future development direction of food industry wastewater treatment technology is prospected.
