餐饮高浓度含油废水降解菌筛选及降解特性研究

Bacterial screening for degradation of high concentration oily wastewater in catering industry and its degradation characteristics

摘要:

通过富集培养从下水道污泥中分离出一株高效油脂降解菌LYC46-2。16S rDNA测序发现其与莴苣不动杆菌(Acinetobacter dijkshoorniae)有99%的一致性。分析该菌的油脂降解性能和影响因素,结果表明:在pH为7.0~10.0、温度为30~35℃、200 r/min条件下培养3 d,对体积分数为2%的花生调和油的降解率达95.7%,体积分数分别为4%、6%时对应的降解率达84.5%、59.7%。对其他餐厨油脂也有较高降解率,如对体积分数为2%的芝麻油、亚麻籽油降解率可达95%以上,对花生油、菜籽油、大豆油、葵花籽油甚至地沟油的降解率也在90%以上。

Abstract:

A high-efficiency oil-degrading strain LYC46-2 is screened from oily sludge of sewer via enrichment culture technique. 16S rDNA analysis shows that the 99% identity of the strain is the same with Acinetobacter dijkshoorniae. The oil-degradation efficiency and influence factors of strain LYC46-2 on oil are also investigated. Under the conditions of pH 7.0-10.0, 30-35℃, 200 r/min and 72 h of culture time, the oil-degradation efficiencies of the peanut blend oil with the volume fractions of 2%, 4% and 6% reach 95.7%, 84.5% and 59.7%, respectively. Furthermore, the strain LYC46-2 shows high oil-degradation efficiency for different kinds of oil. The oil-degradation efficiency ofthe sesame oil and linseed oil(2% volume fraction) is higher than 95%, and the efficiencies of peanut oil, rapeseed oil, soybean oil, sunflower oil, even illegal cooking oil with concentration of 2%(volume fraction) are also higher than 90%.
